Brooks Project and Facility Management Ltd (Brooks PFM) is a Design Management, Project Management and Facility Management firm. We were fully incorporated as an indigenous company in Nigeria and immediately commenced business operation in 2016.

The Design Management Services we offer makes us a one stop shop for the procurement of a complete set of contract documents: from Architectural designs, Structural designs, Electrical designs, Mechanical designs, Bill of Quantities, Construction methodology, Project construction programme, Quality Management plan and Health and Safety management plan.
